DUE TO AN INCREASE IN LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS

We are needing to implement a cancellation policy. We understand that things come up and mistakes happen, but no-shows and last minute cancellations prevent us from being able to fill you appointment slot in a timely manner.

Moving forward, any REPEATED no-shows or cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hour notice, will require full payment of your next appointment to secure your time slot. This can be done via Venmo, credit/debit card over phone, or payment in person.
